This popular class returns to our regular lineup focusing on the current Laws and Rules, the 2007 law (HB2644), the proposed Administrative Rules (as of 5/16/08), Professional Ethics, Industry Trends, Legislative updates, HIPAA requirements, Professional Liability issues with Insurance guidelines/sources, Marketing Strategies, and Advertising guidelines and tips. This entertaining course is updated every month, especially with the rules currently under review and everyone adapting to our new 500 hour curriculum.
